Indoor Air Quality Subscription
Create your data subscription
After you have an account you can easily create one or many data subscriptions from the main homepage. Click New subscription
To measure and analyze the indoor air quality we will use Indoor Air Quality Data Subscription.
For example, after you have created your subscription you should see something like below. This includes all needed information to start provision your data.
You can add now one or many IAQ sensors. You need to know the serial line speed, the parity and stop bits. If you dont, please let us know and we will help you to get started.
After this, you can simple download all configuration files, as a single zip file. The zip archive contains: kronometrix.json and rs485rec.json data recorder configuration. You need to copy the zip file to your data recorder installation.
Ready to provision data
Copy the archive file, configuration.zip to to your data recording package, using secure ftp or secure copy and follow the next steps.
- Login to your system(s) where you have installed the data recording package. You can use the default user, krmx. Run the following commands:
- Copy the config file
$ cp configuration.zip /opt/kronometrix/etc/ - Unzip the configuration file
- Restart all data recorders
$ /opt/kronometrix/etc/rec restart - Restart the transport service
$ /opt/kronometrix/etc/transport restart
You should be able now to see data to Kronometrix SaaS. In case you dont receive data check kronometrix.json file and make sure you have proper and valid settings for Token ID (TID), Subscription ID (SID).
